My husband and I have been married for 28 years and have established a very nice jewelry collection. I was first introduced to Amanda last month, at the Hudson-Mohawk Choir's fundraiser/wine tasting party, where my 14k gold hoop earring hinge decided to break. With trepidation, I left my hoop earrings ... with Amanda. The Jeweler made a new hinge for my earring and polished them. Wow- they are beautiful. Since then, Amanda has assisted us to repair our own jewelry. But, also given us great advice in adding to our jewelry collection The Jeweler does phenomenal work on both repairs and newly purchased jewelry. My wish was their command. Several years ago, I lost the diamond in my engagement ring and have never replaced it ----- UNTIL today. The Fire and Ice diamond was placed in its own setting and I had my previous engagement ring soldered to my wedding band, which made a beautiful set (engagement ring and band). She went above and beyond to help my future wife and I. She made ... us feel welcome and comfortable. The customer service interaction was just over the top. We had bought a ring from the showcase but then was notified this item was discontinued. Marianna had reached out instantly and told us about what happened and they went above and beyond to duplicate this ring for my future wife. I couldn't believe it!
